Violist, violinist, and educator. Solo recital at Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall, performance in film "The Longest Week" featuring Jason Bateman and Olivia Wilde, performance at New York Fashion Week, and residencies at Prussia Cove, England and Fontainebleau, France.
Janice's performance is informed by studies at Juilliard and Yale. She has been a faculty member at the Manhattan School of Music Precollege, and Teaching Fellow at Yale University and The Juilliard School. A fully-certified Suzuki violin teacher, Dr. LaMarre also instructs in viola, piano, theory, and ear training.
